Before we jump into the benefits, let’s clear up what hypnotherapy is. It’s a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, often referred to as a trance. No, it’s not about swinging watches or mind control—it’s more about helping you tap into your subconscious mind to promote healing and positive change.
I have chosen to specialise in this area as I understand how debilitating anxiety can be. I have a vast wealth of experience in enabling people to overcome all different types of anxieties.
For some, this means that they feel difficulties with anxiety including feelings of worry, panic attacks, mood swings, difficulty concentrating (“brain fog”), low self-esteem, irritability, and sleep disturbances, often stemming from fluctuating hormone levels which can significantly impact daily life and work performance; many of them may not recognize these symptoms as related to anxiety, leading to further challenges in managing them.
I have a wide range of techniques specific to anxiety so whatever your current circumstance is, we will be able to achieve a successful outcome together.
A free initial consultation take 30 minutes. Prior to the first session, all new clients will be required to fill in a comprehensive medical history form and consent form.
The number of sessions varies on the person, their health history and how well they follow any changes recommended to their food and lifestyle. A four session programme is recommended. Once optimum health has been attained, regular appointments keep the body balanced and prevent further ill health.
Your consultation is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about hypnotherapy or NLP.
Within your session, I will review your health history form, analyse your food and nutrition, discuss your priorities, offer food, lifestyle and supplement recommendations and coach you on areas in your life you are finding challenging. There is often homework for you to adopt and I will discuss further sessions with you.
It also allows you to gain a clearer understanding of how the elements in your ANXIETY HYPNOTHERAPY package work together to help you successfully overcome your difficulties.
Hypnotherapy can help individuals manage anxiety, stress, lack of self confidence/believe and chronic pain by inducing a state of deep relaxation. Additionally it can help individuals overcome deep-seated fears and phobias by accessing the subconscious mind to reframe beliefs and behaviours.
NLP can assist individuals in identifying and altering patterns of thought and behaviour that may be holding them back from achieving their goals, enabling them to cultivate greater self-awareness and confidence.
Our sessions are designed to fit your schedule, lasting approximately 50-90 minutes. Rest assured, there will be no gimmicks involving watches or embarrassing antics like clucking like a chicken. Instead, I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, where your conscious and subconscious minds converge, unlocking the potential for extraordinary change. Remember, you are always in control and can exit this state at any time, ensuring a safe and anxiety-free experience.
Both hypnotherapy and NLP work to reset your mind to a time where you were free of anxiety, phobias, etc. Think of it as pressing factory reset on your phone to remove any old apps and restore the origin settings.
